HarshPandit: w3c told me repo move will happen when it will happen

Art: Issues with github migration for other repos (not w3c) where issues and PRs disappeared. (see https://www.githubstatus.com/incidents/x69zbgdyfzg0 and https://github.blog/news-insights/company-news/an-update-on-github-availability/ ) Saw some projects move away from github for this. EU projects use Codeberg, service based in Germany. Some orgs use gitlab, ADAPT also has it.

HarshPandit: I've asked about it but I was told no guarentees the repo or links will work for 2-3 years which is not good for public.

AI Quality Assessments

Delaram: looked into AI quality standard, which is published, but there is a revision in progress (currently at DIS). These two standards have been updated and the previous ones are withdrawn. So there is an issue with the definitions and for some of them we would have to go back to the withdrawn standards or should we go back to DIS.
